Department Chair University of Wisconsin-Stout, Communication, Education & Training Department • 1998-Present

Responsible for managing an academic department with approximately 30 faculty and staff members. Department offers courses for five undergraduate and three graduate degree programs. Duties include staffing, curriculum development, scheduling on and off campus courses, budget preparation, purchasing, staff development and performance evaluation. The department was selected to receive a High Performance Award for achieving university selected goals and was recognized as being the performance leader of those departments chosen. Act as main campus contact for Cisco Academy.

Responsible for managing the Telecommunications Systems undergraduate program.
