General Information
- Fill out the online Graduate Application for Degree/Commencement No later than two weeks after the start of the term in which you intend to graduate.
- Please read through the Graduation: General Instructions and Procedures [PDF]
- Fill out the Application for Degree Candidacy [PDF] form and turn it in to your program director along with a copy of your UW-Stout unofficial graduate transcript.
- If needed, fill out a Request to Transfer Credit [PDF]

Completed items are due in the Graduate School Office by the following dates: (Earlier submission is encouraged)
Notes: December graduates will have completed all degree requirements, including the research paper, by December 22nd. Participating in the commencement ceremony does mean you have graduated!
