Required Documents
- Graduate Studies Electronic Application to apply and pay the application fee by credit card online OR the International Student Application for Admission [PDF] to apply and submit the application fee [(non refundable) check or money order in US dollars made to UW-Stout] by mail
- Declaration of Finances form [PDF]
- Arrange for one official transcript of all post-secondary work (translated into English) showing highest degree awarded above an associate degree to be sent to the Graduate School.
- Arrange for official TOEFL test scores to be sent to the Graduate School.
NOTES:
TOEFL MINIMUM (all programs except Vocational Rehabilitation): 500 paper based, 173 computer based, or 61 internet based test. Vocational Rehabilitation minimum: 550 paper based, 213 computer based, and 79 internet based with individual minimum section scores for speaking and reading at 19.
Test scores should be sent directly to the UW-Stout Graduate School (school code for ETS is 1740)
