Appeals may only be made in accordance with the following section of the University Housing Conduct System:
Appeal must be submitted within 5 five business days of the date on the decision letter.
Student may only make 1 appeal per incident
The appeal will be heard at the next level in the conduct process. If the respondent is appealing a decision made by a Hall Director, the Peer Review Board will conduct the appeal; if a student is appealing a Peer Review Board decision, a University Housing central office staff member will hear the appeal.

Students Rights not Honored
Student Rights Not Honored:
Only pick an option if you selected "Students rights not honored"
Prior knowledge of the policies that may have been violated
I did not receive of a prompt hearing from University Housing
I did not receive notification of the hearing's results
I was not given information about the appeals process
Description:
If you chose "Severity of Sanction" above - List the sanction and why you feel it is severe.
If you chose "Introduction of new evidence" - List any NEW evidence that was not used in the original conduct hearing.
If you chose "Students Rights not Honored" - Check which right was violated and briefly explain justification and make sure you selected an option from the dropdown.
