Academic Resource Coordinators will work closely with Housing staff and faculty to implement educational programs and foster an academic environment in each FYE hall. ARCs will facilitate the residential learning component of a living-learning community in their building, organize and implement FYE Initiatives, meet individually with academically at risk residents, and overall be a contributing member of their building staff by attending training, meetings, etc.
