Customer Service Ambassadors are departmental representatives charged with facilitating and supporting world class service in participating departments at UW-Stout. The purpose is to help drive world class customer service excellence by bringing a passion for service and a suite of skills and tools for transforming customer service results. We fulfill this by being a resource and by representing our perspective in campus wide customer service discussions and meetings.

On July 20th, the Customer Service Ambassador Group received endorsement from the Chancellor's Issues Group and Chancellor's Advisory Council to recognize a University of Wisconsin-Stout Service Motto. The Chancellor approved this motto:
