Open Enrollment for Optional (employee-pay-all) plans: October 5 - November 13
See the summary of fall enrollment options for more information. For State Group Health insurance, insured employees may change health plans and add dependents until October 23, 2009. Employees may also enroll in the Anthem DentalBlue, VSP vision (new carrier) and UW Employee's Inc Life Insurance, by November 13, 2009.
VSP Vision insurance will be offered in place of OptumHealth Vision. Current enrollees in OptumHealth will need to complete an application for the VSP coverage.
VSP Step-By-Step Enrollment Process
Employees must re-enroll in ERA each year. The enrollment period for 2010 is October 5 - November 13, 2009.
