HP

 

  

Hardware

 Contact HP support 1-800-474-6836 for any hardware problems.        
  Note: Your laptop must still be covered under the HP Care warranty for this service. You can verify your coverage by following this link. HP Warranty check  
     

Software

 To reinstall the operating system graduates will need to have a copy of Windows XP Home, or purchase media from Microsoft
call 1-800-426-9400  Microsoft will ask you to supply the license key # on the bottom of your laptop and will charge for shipping.		  
  Note: You will lose MS Office when you re-image the laptop Hard Drive!  A license for Office is not included with the graduate laptops.  
     

APPLE

 Contact Apple support (1-800-275-2273).  
     

Software

To reinstall the operating system graduates will need to have a copy of Mac OS X, or order it from APPLE by calling (1-800-275-2273) and supplying the serial # of the laptop.

  
 

Note: Your laptop must still be covered under the Apple Care warranty to order media.
