Option 1: Bring the laptop to an HP certified repair center. To find the nearest location please contact HP support 1-800-474-6836. |

Option 2: Send the insured computer to ASK5000 using an approved laptop box

Failed Hard Drive / Virus infection |

| Fill out this : Replacement Hard Drive form Then ship your Hard Drive to the Ask5000 address listed on the form.
Ask 5000 will reimage/replace your drive and ship the replacement via UPS ground. |

Failed Power Supplies |
