Student Business Services functions as the central billing service center for UW-Stout by providing monthly billing statements of tuition, fees, and other charges incurred by students.

In addition to providing cashiering functions for the university, we administer web payment and the UW-Stout Fee Payment Agreement. We are also responsible for the billing and collection of UW-Stout-administered student loans, university receivables, and delinquent student accounts.

Fee Payment Agreement

This can be found via Access Stout at the Student's Center.

All students are required to have a signed Fee Payment Agreement form on file with the Student Business Services Office in order to register for courses. This form does not obligate you to use the payment plan, but merely indicates you have read and understand the payment plan and any finance charges that could be applied if you do not pay in full by the due date.

1098T Tax Documents Online

1098T Tax Documents Online:

Again this year we will have 1098T tax statements available to students online allowing access to the documents 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Emails going out to students in early January from the University Accounting Service LLC asking students to go to https://getmydocument.com are a legitimate request on behalf of UW-Stout. Instructions will be given to go to the website to create an account in order to view the document. The website is secure and will ask for personal information for identification purposes which may include birth date and social security number information. Anyone not wanting to view the document online does not have to do so but will have to wait to receive their document which will be mailed on February 2nd. Any student who has not viewed their document online by January 23rd will automatically be mailed a paper copy on February 2nd. If you have any questions please call us at 715-232-1639.
