UW-Stout Packaging Spring Career Conference
It is our first ever Packaging Career Conference. We're excited to have many employers showing up to UW-Stout to offer Job Experience to the Packaging Students.
When and Where
February 9th, 2010 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM in the Great Hall of the Memorial Student Center at UW-Stout.
Cost to Attend
The Cost to Attend the Career Conference is $200 Per Booth, but if you submit your payment before December 18th the cost is only $170!
How to Register for the Conference
1. Fill out the Spring Career Conference Sign Up Form
2. Pay for your booth. Click "Buy Now" to submit your payment via PayPal. We have paypal set up for ease of transaction, but if this causes a problem, let us know by emailing packagingcc@uwstout.edu
How to set up for on-campus interviews
Most on-campus interviews are scheduled in the Career Services office in the Administration Builiding as space allows. To set up an interviewing schedule you need to log into your Stout CareerLink account and go to "Schedules" and then to "New Schedule Request". If you do not have or cannot remember your username and password, call the Recruitment Coordinator at 715-232-1603.
Shipping Display Materials
Booth displays and related items can be shipped to UW Stout starting 1/25/2010 and must arrive no later than 2/8/2010. All shipments must be addressed as follows to ensure they are received and secured prior to the Career Conference. Make sure they are properly marked to identify them as “Packaging Career Fair” items and include company name.

Employers are responsible for all shipping charges. All shipping charges must be billed to the employer's account.
After the conference, box, seal, and affix shipping labels and leave packages at your booth. We will collect them at the end of the day and will contact FedEx to arrange for pick-up the following day.
Items shipped via UPS will ship the next day. UPS deliveries go through our campus central shipping/receiving Office.
