Mission Statement

The goal of UW-Stout SAE Baja is to design and construct a vehicle within the SAE International specifications, using the manufacturing skills acquired with emphasis on teamwork in an engineering environment.

Team Goal:

To have our older team members guide and mentor the newer members, so that old mistakes remain in the past. While not overlooking new or unusual ideas these young minds might have. To create an open and comfortable environment that will help our club grow stronger as a team.

Car Goal:

To have our new car finish all of the events at the international race.  The new car will also finish in the top 20 overall. This will establish UW-Stout as one of the elite teams in the region.
