Council Meeting Schedule
Usually second Wednesday of the Month with a few exceptions, please follow the schedule below. Two officers from each club must represent your club at all meetings throughout the semester.

Important Training Sessions and Event
These sessions and events are available to promote and educate Sport Clubs, executives, and members.

| Backyard Bash | Sept. 8th | 5:30-7:30 | South Lawn- MSC | One officer must be present for entire time. Other members are highly encouraged to join and promote your club. |
| Officer/Treasurer’s Training | Sept. 10th | 7:00 | SFC Rm 247a | Two officers, preferably the Club President and Treasurer. The individual responsible for spending club money MUST be one of the attendees. |

Hall of Champions |
Two members, preferably one officer and 1 other member. These individuals must attend and pass State Vehicle Driver, Van, and Trailer Training held by the Urec Department. |
