EXTENDED USE & COMMUNITY MEMBERSHIP RATES
Community members who are looking for some recreational opportunities can purchase a membership to limited facilities at the University Recreation office located in room 41 of the Sports & Fitness Center
The limited Community Membership has access to the following:
- The Multi-Purpose Room (MPR) which contains:
- Four basketball courts
- Six tennis/volleyball courts
- An 8-lane 200 meter indoor running track - A 25 yard swimming pool (on 2nd floor)
- Racquetball Courts (equipment rental extra fee)
- Golf Room ($2/ hour / person to reserve this room)
- Men’s/Women’s locker-room

Occasionally, events may not be announced and will take precedence over Open Recreation times. Contact University Recreation to be sure the facility is available before visiting.
INFORMAL RECREATION
An important component of the Intramural Sports program is Informal Recreation. Whether you are looking to join in a pick-up game of basketball, run some laps on the indoor track, swim laps in the pool, or play racquetball, Informal Recreation can meet your needs. Check out a list of our services and available facilities below.
Equipment Checkout: Basketballs, Volleyball, Footballs, Soccerballs. Wallyballs, Tennis Racuets, Racquetball Racquets*, Racquetballs*, Goggles, & Golf Balls
*Equipment rental is $1.00
Available Facilities
Facilities inside the Sports & Fitness Center are available:
- Multi-Purpose Room: 6-lane Indoor Track, 4 Basketball Courts, 6 Tennis Courts / 6 Volleyball Courts
- 3 Racquetball/ 2 Wallyball Courts
- Golf Room - 3 Hitting Areas*
- West Gym: Basketball Court
- Swimming Pool: 6-lane 25 yard swimming pool (water sports & lap swim available)
- Facility Reservations**: Indoor Tennis Courts, Volleyball Courts, Wallyball / Racquetball Courts
*$2 per hour fee for golf room reservation
**Please call Urec Office (232-1392) to make reservations or to check for court availability. (Reservations may only be made for 24 hours in advance)
FACILITY RESERVATIONS
Reservations
Reservations may be made for tennis courts, volleyball courts, wallyball courts, racquetball courts, & the golf room*. If you are interested in making a reservation, contact the Urec office ahead of time to make a reservation and ensure that a space is available for you. Swimming pool reservations must be made through the Facility front office room 106 or by calling 232-1245.
Reservation guidelines:
- Reservations may be made no more than 24-hours in advance
- Consecutive reservations may not be made
- Reservations will not be made for basketball courts
*There is a separate fee for golf room and swimming pool reservations
